I can’t say enough good things about West Dakota Meats in Bismarck. Besides the tiger meat being a must have, I’ve also taken my deer meat there the last few years to have them process it. The store is always very clean, great location, the staff is friendly & willing to offer suggestions if you’re not sure what you want. Plus they’re locally owned. We usually get slim Jim’s, jerky, breakfast sausage, & country sausage! 10/10 would recommend!!!!=
